Refunds & Returns
Thank you for shopping with Living Nexora, operated by Nexora Living LLC. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility (15-Day Policy)
- You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@nexoraliving.com within 15 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and the return address
Note: Do not send items back without contacting us first.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider (processing times may vary)
- If the issue persists, contact us at support@nexoraliving.com
8. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
- Contact us to request an exchange
9. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
- After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled
